Placing an order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm every order by phone before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if an item is unavailable, or if the delivery area is outside the zones we serve.

Prices are shown on the site in USD and include the product only; a delivery fee is added at checkout. There is no online payment — you pay the courier in cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

We deliver across Lebanon — Beirut, Mount Lebanon, the North, the South and the Bekaa — typically in 3 to 5 working days after phone confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, or if an item is still sealed and unopened, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare items may not be eligible for return except where required by law.

Our products are cosmetic and for external use only. Follow the usage guidance provided and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have known sensitivities, review ingredients or patch-test first.

To the extent permitted by law, luvéa is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Lebanese consumer law.
