luvéa is a cash-on-delivery skincare store operating in Lebanon, trading under its own name. For any privacy question — including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold about you — message us on Instagram at @getluvea, or email hello@getluvea.co. We answer to the same address a customer would use for an order.

When you place an order we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, any notes, and — if you choose to give one — your email address. We do not take online payment, so we never collect card or banking details — orders are paid in cash on delivery.

If you accept cookies in our consent banner, the Meta Pixel also records how you use the site — the pages and products you view, what you add to your bag, and whether you place an order — together with your IP address, browser details and Meta’s own cookie identifiers. If you decline, none of this is collected.

We use your information solely to confirm your order by phone, prepare and deliver it, arrange gift delivery where applicable, and provide customer support. We may contact you about your specific order.

We share your delivery details only with the courier fulfilling your order. If you accepted cookies, we also share information about your order with Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure and improve our advertising: that an order was placed and later delivered, its value and the products in it, your IP address and browser details, and your phone number, name, city and — if you gave one — email address. Your contact details are sent in hashed (encoded) form rather than as plain text, as Meta requires. If you declined cookies, we send Meta nothing about your order. We do not sell your personal information.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand general site usage. Marketing pixels (used to measure advertising) load only if you accept cookies in our consent banner — you can decline, and the site works exactly the same. The same choice decides whether we report your order to Meta from our own systems (see “sharing” above). You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site; this applies from then on, and you can ask us to delete what we hold using the contact routes above.

We keep order information only for as long as it is needed: to fulfil your order, to handle any return or question that follows it, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations that apply. We do not keep it indefinitely for its own sake, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time using the contact routes above.
